HSP Coaching

Around 20% of the population are highly sensitive people (HSPs), who react more intensely to internal and external stimuli and process them more deeply than average. This innate predisposition makes HSPs empathetic, creative, and reflective individuals.

“ High sensitivity is not a diagnosis but an innate constitution. ”

How I support HSP

  • As a federally certified complementary therapist, trauma therapist, and polarity therapist, I offer you a safe space to understand and strengthen your sensitivity, and optimally utilize it in everyday life. My approach combines proven techniques such as polarity therapy, mindfulness exercises, and coaching:

    • Harmonization of the nervous system : strengthening resilience and reducing overstimulation.
    • Resolving energetic blockages : Support with emotional and physical tensions.
    • Mindfulness and physical exercises : promoting stability, self-care and inner balance.
    • Process-accompanying talk therapy : space for reflection, acceptance and a change of perspective.

The special strengths of HSP

  • Empathy and sensitivity : Intuitive perception of the feelings and needs of others.
  • Creativity and visionary thinking : development of new perspectives and approaches to solutions.
  • Precision and reliability : accuracy and in-depth analysis in both private and professional contexts.
  • High value orientation : Commitment to authenticity, fairness and sustainability.

Overcoming challenges in your relationship:  When one or both partners are highly sensitive, this can lead to misunderstandings, overwhelm, and tension. I can help you strengthen your relationship by:

better understand the needs of the highly sensitive partner,

developed communication strategies that promote consideration and clarity,

Find ways to deal together with challenges such as sensory overload and stress.

Recognizing the strengths of your relationship:  High sensitivity can also be a great asset to your relationship. I support you in discovering and nurturing these qualities in your relationship.
